APPEARANCE: Toronto International Festival of Authors

I am delighted to say that I am returning to TIFA this year to moderate a panel on Saturday November 1st at 1:30pm!

You can find more information about the festival and tickets here. I’m not certain whether any of my books will be available for purchase at the festival bookshop, as I’m moderating and not appearing as a guest technically, but feel free to bring anything you want signed!

See you there!

About the Panel

Two groundbreaking authors come together to discuss how their new works push the boundaries of imagination and storytelling. Acclaimed South Korean writer Bo-Young Kim will discuss her celebrated collection, I’m Waiting for You: And Other Stories, which blends speculative wonder with emotional depth, weaving tales of love, time, and human connection across galaxies. Jacquelyn Zong Li Ross, whose striking debut The Longest Way to Eat a Melon offers an intimate exploration of memory, identity, and the fragile beauty of daily life. Hear about the inspirations behind these works, the art of writing across cultures and genres, and the shared themes that resonate between their books.
